General Rules for Vendors

The Pensacola MLK Day Parade will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026.

Deadline for Vendor Registration is December 31, 2025.​

  • The Pensacola MLK Day Parade is a family-friendly community event. If any literature and/or giveaways are deemed inappropriate, you will be asked to remove those items. 

  • Vendors will be allowed to choose their own space (within the designated vending areas). There is no guarantee for any space. All vending spaces are on a first come, first serve basis.

  • MLK Parade Pensacola reserves the right to censor any booths. 

  • MLK Parade Pensacola or its' affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability (lost, stolen, or damaged equipment and/or merchandise, or any injury occurred before, during, or after the parade.

  • Electrical outlets may NOT support multiple appliances. A generator is recommended.

  • MUST provide their own equipment (i.e. extension cords, vendor tables, 

  • MUST exhibit professional behavior during the event.

  • MUST remove/dispose of their trash and leave a clean area at closing.
